Greenventory by HandiFox is a multi-state compliant inventory and manufacturing control software for the legal Cannabis market.

Created and presented a business case to executive leadership and obtained buy-in, received seed funding to develop and launch the new product, assembled a team of software developers and a business development executive.
Defined project scope, goals, and deliverables to ensure consistency with parent product.
Worked with partners and clients to validate feature sets, and identify and remedy functional and technical gaps in the alpha version.
Worked with local and state government agencies to ensure proper compliance with mandatory reporting standards.
Analyzed market response and obtained executive leadership buy-in for the beta version, resulting in a new feature set to meet client demands.
Launched the first release of Greenventory by HandiFox at an industry-leading conference (MJBizCon) one year after initially pitching the idea to key executives.

HandiFox for IOS - Product Manager

Added IOS functionality to HandiFox’s product resulting in a 60% inquiry request and a record year in terms of revenue.
Prepared report on IOS implementation to fulfill customer demands.
Found and outsourced developing partner, developed a timeline, budget, and strategy, presented to key stakeholders.
Assisted in leading internal UI/UX teams and outsourcing development.
Worked with outsourced IOS dev team in ensuring timely completion and mitigated delays.
Tested and revised completed version and successfully pushed to Apple’s App Store on schedule.

Created and ran a local skateboard company with a co-founder. Successfully developed a business plan, designed products in-house, and set up contract manufacturing.
Identified and contracted with local skate shops to carry the product and set up an online store.
Company and products were featured in skating and fashion publications.
Successfully ran an active “Pro-Athlete” program sponsoring 5 athletes, ran active promotions and sales, and tripled initial investment.

Spring Reins of Life/NJ Virtual Herd - Volunteer/Program Assistant

Invested over 6,000 hours in volunteering, orientations, and advising on best practices for the non-profit.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, created an online virtual appointment and video conferencing website to allow the organization to stay operational.
Consulted the team through the whole system and wrote standard operating procedures on how to best approach setting up scheduling, payment, legal, and marketing.
